17 Sept. 2021 4th Dist officers attended POW- MIA ceremonies in the 4th District (Wayne County). District Commander Blackstone led a service at his Post VFW4434 ( Belleville) and attended the ceremony at James Europe VFW Post 2233 (Detroit).  Sr. Vice-Cmdr. Beauchamp and Dist 4 VSO Campbell attended  Bova-246th Engineers VFW POst 9885's  (Westland) remembrance ceremony. Directer Vic Barra Represented the Mayor with City Council members James Goodnough &  James Hart. Post Cmdr. Mike Rokita & MC Patrick Heraty are to  be commended for their work
